Return & Refund Policy
Not the right size, or not what you expected? You can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items returned within 7 days of the day they were delivered.
- Unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
- In the condition you received them, with any packaging they came in.
How to return or exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item, and whether you would like a different size or colour, or a refund.
- We will tell you how to send it back, and confirm any return delivery cost with you before you send it.
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return delivery.
Exchanges and refunds
Once the item reaches us and we have checked it, we send the exchange or arrange your refund. As orders are paid in cash on delivery, we agree the refund method with you on WhatsApp.
Cancelling an order
While an order is still waiting for confirmation you can cancel it yourself from My account → Orders. After that, message us on WhatsApp and we will help if it has not been sent yet.
